The estimated delivery time of your order is the time it will take after we dispatch it to our carrier. Delivery times vary depending on your location and is standard 6-12 working days.

Please note, during peak seasons and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. If your order is shipping internationally, unexpected customs delays may occur, potentially increasing the overall delivery time beyond the estimated timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping details provided during checkout are accurate and complete. Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information may result in delayed processing or the cancellation of your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed over to our courier partners, it is no longer under our control. If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us immediately at contact.smartsfera@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

In the event of a lost or stolen package, we recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. Most courier services have a claims process, and they may require additional information from you. We will also follow up with the courier company on your behalf to ensure a smooth resolution.

Please note that SMART SFERA is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are with the carrier. These situations are outside of our refund policy, but we will do our best to help you in resolving the issue. If your package is not found or delivered, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

If the package is still not found, we advise filing a police report.
